A grape variety of French origin, Pinot Noir has found one of its most original expressions in Sicily. After harvest, primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers in contact with the skins for about 15 days. When alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is stored at a controlled temperature and filtered before bottling.
