vinification and aging

Made from Sangiovese grapes, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is the result of the oenological expression of a territory with a long winemaking tradition. The wine goes through a long pe-riod of maceration where color and aromas are extracted from the skins. After fermentation, the wine is then aged in oak containers for a minimum period of 24 months and by bottle aging of at least 4 months.
