vinification and aging

This Chianti Classico DOCG is made from grapes grown in vineyards in the Chianti Classico appellation area, the oldest area of Chianti. Fully ripe grapes are pi-picked immediately after harvest. After primary fermentation is completed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for a minimum of 24 months.

Notes of cherry and leather. Soft tannins, good acidity and long finish.
